Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

Welcome to the ONE MANAGEMENT hotel booking platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between You as a user (hereinafter referred to as "User", "You" or "Customer") and ONE MANAGEMENT Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we" or "our").
By using our Platform, making a booking, or using our services, You agree to these Terms and undertake to comply with them. If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication.

2. Service Description

The ONE MANAGEMENT platform provides the ability to book hotel services online. Our services include:

  • online booking of hotel rooms,

  • providing information about hotels and rooms,

  • information about prices and availability,

  • booking management and modification,

  • customer support.
     

3. Registration and Account

To use our Platform, You may be required to create an account. You are obliged to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and current information,

  • maintain the confidentiality of Your password,

  • immediately notify us of any security breach of Your account,

  • be responsible for all actions performed through Your account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time in case of violation of these Terms.

4. Booking Process

When making a booking, You are required to provide:

  • accurate personal data (name, surname, phone number, email address),

  • accurate check-in and check-out dates,

  • accurate number of guests,

  • special requirements (if any).
     

4.1. Payment Terms
All prices are indicated in Armenian drams (AMD) or another currency depending on the specified conditions. Prices include all taxes provided by RA legislation, unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made by:

  • bank card (Visa, Mastercard),

  • bank transfer,

  • cash at the hotel (if such option is available).

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a booking confirmation at Your email address.

4.2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when You have received the booking confirmation email. Please keep this confirmation and present it when checking in at the hotel.

5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy depends on the specific hotel and booking type. The cancellation terms for each booking are indicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.
In general cases:

  • Free cancellation: 24-48 hours before the check-in date (depending on hotel policy),

  • Late cancellation: may be subject to a penalty (usually the cost of one night),

  • No-show without notification: charge of the full booking amount.
     

5.2. Refund Procedure

Refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days depending on bank policy.

6. Booking Modifications

Modification of booking dates or details is subject to availability and hotel policy. To make modifications, contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
In some cases, additional charges may apply depending on the new booking terms.

7. Guest Responsibilities

When staying at the hotel, You are obliged to:

  • comply with hotel rules and discipline,

  • respect the rights of other guests,

  • present a passport or other identification document,

  • compensate for any damage caused to hotel equipment,

  • not bring prohibited items (if necessary),

  • inform hotel management about special requirements or problems.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

ONE MANAGEMENT acts as an intermediary between hotels providing hotel services and guests. We are not responsible for:

  • the quality of services provided by hotels,

  • incidents, damage, or losses occurring at the hotel,

  • possible inaccuracies of information indicated on the Platform,

  • interruptions caused by force majeure circumstances,

  • actions of third parties.

Our liability is limited to the booking amount. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content of the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, belongs to ONE MANAGEMENT or our partners and is protected by RA and international intellectual property legislation.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Personal Data Protection
The collection, processing, and protection of Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, You agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.


11. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, it is prohibited to:

  • use the Platform for illegal purposes,

  • provide false or fraudulent information,

  • violate the rights of other users,

  • attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform,

  • use automated systems (bots) without our permission,

  • harm the reputation of ONE MANAGEMENT or third parties.
     

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these Terms must first be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with RA legislation.
These Terms are governed by RA legislation. The competent court for dispute resolution is the relevant court of Yerevan city.

14. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in force.
The Company's failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Platform.
